Objectives
The overall objective of the programme of which this contract will be a part is to prepare Albania for implementation of the acquis communautaire, in particular in the sectors of justice and home affairs, education and environment protection.
The objective of this assignment is to have in place external technical experts, who could assist Project Managers (engineers) working in the EU Delegation to Albania on various tasks related to implementation of infrastructure projects funded by IPA assistance.
Requirements
- University degree in water engineering field or equivalent.
- Preferably water sector related postgraduate studies and membership of a widely recognised professional institution for the water sector.
- The Expert shall be fluent in English language; at least level 2 Engineer in the scale where level 1 is excellent and level 5 is basic.
- At least 10 years post graduate professional experience covering design and supervision of sewerage networks.
