The European Cultural Foundation - ECF promotes cultural co-operation in Europe. It aims to contribute to an open and democratic Europe, which respects the basic human rights and cultural diversity of its people.

Making collaboration grants for cultural organisations.

This funding line is about stimulating collaboration between cultural organisations. Projects will be assessed specifically on their collaborative nature and the added value they bring to the practice of cultural cooperation in Europe. Initially projects must be presented in a written format with a maximum of 2 pages. The projects selected will then be invited to write a more extensive project application. Only cultural organisations will be selected. The average grant will be 15 000 to 30 000 EUR. The ECF will only finance 80% of the project's total costs.
