Background
UNDP is hereby soliciting your bid for provision of Mobile Telecommunication Services for the UN system in Serbia based on a long term agreement for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension for another two years, subject to performance assessment of the selected service provider. The aforementioned UN System includes, but is not limited to, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), United Nations Office in Belgrade (UNOB), World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Office of the Resident Coordinator, as well as the following UNDP administered agencies United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), United Nations Theme Group on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCHR), United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and United Nations Office for Drugs Control (UNODC).
Eligibility
Eligible Bidders: Bidders should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of goods / services to be purchased under this Invitation to Bids.
