Background
The State of Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the amount of up to EUR 180 million to finance construction of priority motorway sections along the international transport Corridor Vc. The following works remain to be procured under the project:
- Construction of the inner secondary tunnel lining and completion of all other external works on motorway tunnel Vijenac (2 tubes, each
approximately 2,928 metres long) which is located on the Gorica –Bilješevo subsection of Corridor Vc.
Eligibility
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD will be tendered in accordance with the EBRD’s Procurement Policies and Rules. The proceeds of the EBRD loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Purchaser’s country.
