Background
IFI –International Consulting provides technical assistance and Project Management in the fields of vocational training and consulting services. With more than 20 years of experience within the Quando Group, IFI has become one of the leading Spanish consulting service providers after having successfully implemented over 500 projects and programmes at regional, national and international levels. Its main clients are Governmental institutions, public administrations, national agencies and multilateral organizations. IFI has primarily focused its activities in developing tailored-made programmes for the Life Long Learning (LLL), the non-regulated vocational training, equal opportunities, women empowerment and entrepreneurship. IFI is a partner in an international consortium who has been shortlisted for the next round next round (2013-2017) of the EC Framework Contract BENEF Lot 9 (Culture, Education, Employment and SocialCulture). IFI is therefore looking for experts available to commit for this time period to the overall consortium if selected (final selection procedure expected to be published by April 2013).
Eligibility
IFI is looking to recruit experts who have proven experience with EuropeAid contracts, Framework Contracts and other relevant multilateral organizations’ contracts, with at least 5 years of experience within multilateral projects in the following fields:
-Formal and non-formal education, particularly as a trainer, consultant, researcher in basic life skills for youth and adults (including literacy and numeracy training);
And / Or
-Labour market and employment (formal and non formal), particularly concerning unemployment, inflation, wages and productivity; social dialogue;
And /Or
-Poverty: poverty analysis and monitoring (including Millennium Development Goals and Poverty Reduction Strategies).
