Key expert 1: Project Leader

The project leader should have the ability to mobilise and coordinate a suitable team to carry out and structure the work, to steer and organise the execution of their tasks. (S)he shall be responsible for the contract follow-up and quality assurance taking into account the input and comments of the Steering Committee. Leadership, vision and good organisational skills will therefore be required.

Eligibility

- University degree;
- (S)he should have team and project management skills, in particular with regards to the organisation of international projects;
- Good conceptual, communication, language and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of EU policy and action in the field of adult education would be an asset;
- At least five years of proven experience in managing large international projects with an IT component;
- Expertise in relevant European policies and strategies;
- Experience in the field of education and training;
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning and the Grundtvig Programme would be a distinct advantage.
