Key expert 2: Chief Editor
The editor shall be responsible for the content and the implementation of the editorial policy of the EPALE platform on adult education. S(he) shall have a key role in supporting the project leader with the overall responsibility for the completion of the contract.
Eligibility
- University degree
- Excellent writing skills in English to re-work texts from the pool of experts and present the information easy to read on the platform are
also required.
- (S)he should have a good understanding of best practices in writing for the web.
- Being comfortable with using webbased content management systems would be an asset.
- Good knowledge of the field of adult education in Europe.
- At least five years of proven experience for instance, as editor or web editor, journalist, write etc. in education environment is required.
- Expertise in adult education and intellectual property rights, including on issues related to open educational resources is desirable.
