The 3rdInternational Conference of Ecosystems (ICE 2013) is a multi–disciplinary international conference on the use of Ecosystems. The conference will be held in Tirana, Albania. It will provide a high level academic exchange platform to discuss about ecosystems and environment. The conference has invited a number of leading experts and famous researchers to give keynote speeches. The goal of the ICE2013 is to bring together researchers and scientists with interests in quality of ecosystems research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress and experiences on ecosystem used.
