EUROPEAID/131351/D/SER/TR, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR EXPANSION OF VAN ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE LOCATION

Contract description

The aim of this contract is provision of technical assistance services on the one hand to the Van Enterprise Development Centre (Van ISGEM) administration and on the other hand to the current and prospective enterprises of Van ISGEM. Technical assistance services are expected to improve the institutional capacity of Van ISGEM, and to strengthen the technical skills and capabilities of the enterprises of Van ISGEM.
Within the scope of this contract, the consultant will realize the following:
- preparation of business plan and service manuals for Van İŞGEM,
- organization of promotional seminars,
- technical assistance for documents that will be necessary for tenants of Van İŞGEM to receive certificates related to quality management
  systems (ISO 9001:2000), labour health and safety management systems(OHSAS 18001) and environmental management systems (ISO
  14001),
- consultancy services for enterprises that have got particular problems in implementing business plans.

Eligibility

Participation is open  to all  legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory  of the regions covered and/or authorised by the  specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

1.708.500 EUR
