Contract description
The service provider shall prepare all technical documentation needed to obtain necessary building permits for construction of Rab airport and auxiliary facilities. The airport zone covers an area of approx. 200 ha (safe zones included) which enables design of an airport with maximum runway length of 1 700 m and width of 45 m (C3 category airport). All accompanying airport facilities are to be located along the runway with area coverage not more than 1 500 m2. The planned airport location and its zone is defined by 'Spatial plan of town Rab'.
Within this contract, the service provider shall design all project documentation needed for construction of civil engineering objects (airport runway, taxiway and apron, access road, parking and terminal plateau, service and safety roads), as well as for architectural objects (airport terminal with flight control tower, terminal building and accompanying services buildings), water storage and utilisation and drainage systems design with electricalsystem design.
Technical documentation must comprise conceptual project design, main project design and detailed projectdesign for objects above. All technical documentation needs to be prepared according to Croatian 'Physical Planning and Building Act' (NN br. 76/07, 38/09, 55/11, 90/11, 50/12). Facilities are to be designed according to current Croatian 'Airport Act' (NN br. 64/2012), IATA standards and 'International Civil Aviation Organisation —ICAO' guidelines.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
