Qualifications and skills
- University degree.
General professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the justice sector, of which at least 5 as a lawyer, judge, prosecutor, academic or Civil servant.
Specific professional experience
- Experience as a Team Leader in at least two technical assistance projects in the justice sector, preferably in the Central and Eastern Europe
or the Western Balkans .
- Experience in delivering, and organising the delivery of training and for the training of trainers (ToTs), and/or teaching of graduate
students; in the past 5 years
- Experience of working in Central and Eastem Europe or the Western Balkans.
