Qualifications and skills

- University degree.

General professional experience

- A minimum of 10 years of professional legal or public administration expenence

Specific professional experience

- Experience in the legal and administrative reform of administrative staff (non-judicial staff) in courts and prosecutor offices in central and
  eastern Europe or the Western Balkans .
- Experience in implementation of at least one institution building project in the justice or public administration reform fields .
- BiH country-specific experience would be an asset
