Qualifications and skills
- University degree in social sciences or linguistics. In the absence of university degree, the expert should have an equivalent professional
experience of minimum 10 years.
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Good command in written and spoken Turkish would be an asset
General Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Specific Professional Experience
- At least 2 project experience in justice field.
- Experience in Turkish justice sector project will be an asset.
