Qualifications and skills
- A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
institution) in Economics, IT, Public Administration, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
- Qualification in a recognised project/programme management technique/s such as PM1, PRINCE2 etc.
General professional experience
- Minimum 8, preferably 12, years of experience managing projects in the IT field.
- Experience in managing HR projects would be considered as an advantage.
Specific professional experience
- Minimum 5, preferably 10, years of experience in Capacity Building in IT development and/or design of IT systems in the field of Human
Resources management.
- Minimum 5, preferably 8, years of experience in the management and implementation of projects in the field of IT reform in countries
covered by article 19 of IPA regulation1.
- Experience in leading teams in the public or private sector and/or donor funded projects in minimum one to ideally three projects of similar
size, complexity and duration.
