Qualifications and skills
- A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
institution) in accounting, law, economics or other relevant discipline. A Master/Phd in accounting, law, economics or other relevant
discipline (following the award of the degree) is desirable.
General professional experience
- Proven experience in at least one, preferably 3, project covering standard methodology such as UML, ITIL, RUP or Object-Oriented Analysis
and Design
- Experience in Requirements Gathering, Business Process Mapping, Data Modelling in at least one, preferably 3, similar project.
- Minimum 5, preferably 10, years of working experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
Specific professional experience
- Experience in the fields of HR and/or Training expenence m at least two, preferably, 3 projects.
