Purpose
The purpose of this call for applications is to establish a roster of qualified national and international experts that will provide expertise and support to the UNDP Energy and Environment portfolio in:
- Policy advice and analysis of relevant legislation, international standards and best practices;
- Advice and development of strategic and operational documents;
- Media and communication/outreach and advocacy;
- Capacity building, training and coaching/ mentoring in identified areas;
- Enhancement of international co-operation, exchange of knowledge and networking.
Education
- University degree in fields relevant to the assignment; Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in relevant field is preferable.
Work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in relevant areas;
- Experience in the international development, project implementation, and/or United Nations context;
- Proof of published knowledge products such as books, articles, research papers, toolkits, guidelines, methodologies, analytic documents,
policy papers and notes, project documents, baseline studies, desk reviews, comparative studies etc.
Languages
- Fluency in English and/or Serbian.
