Contract description
This contract is meant to improve the case management within the courts of general jurisdiction in Serbia, based on a process improvement review and subsequent development of best practices, building onto already existing experiences. The Judiciary's ability to track and improve performance should be enhanced and communication with the public improved. The different assessments will lead into the development of training curricula on judicial efficiency for court staff and court leadership. Moreover, assistance in drafting amendments to the relevant regulatory documents will be required.
Additionally, both building and IT needs will have to be assessed and subsequent technical specifications prepared, including interoperability of different electronic case management software systems.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
