EUROPEAID/134439/M/ACT/HR STRENGTHENING CAPACITIES OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR TO COMBAT CYBERCRIME

Contract description

Capacities of the Ministry of Interior enhanced to effectively combat cybercrime within the EU and international environment, in line with the related European policies and strategies.
Capacities of the Forensic Science Centre (FSC) to provide support to investigating cybercrime developed, as well as the expertise and evidence for processing and prosecuting of such criminal offences, following the best practices of the EU Member States.
Strengthening capacities of the Criminal Police Directorate for fighting cybercrime at the national, regional, European and international level
Capacities of the Criminal Police to investigate cybercrime enhanced, including the ability to exchange information and cooperate with the relevant law enforcement agencies of other countries and to operate in line with the EU anti-cybercrime initiatives.
Contribution to Accession Partnership/Stabilisation and Association Agreement/Programme of the Government of the Republic of Croatia for the Adoption and Implementation of the Acquis Communautaire


Eligibility

Only Public Administrations and Mandated bodies as per Twinning Manual of European Union MS may apply through European Union MSs’ National Contact Points.
Selection criteria consider the operational capacity of the key experts mentioned in the proposal; the assessment is expressed on a Yes/No basis and a single negative evaluation of one criterion disqualifies the proposal.
Selection and award of the MS organization will be based on an evaluation of several qualitative aspects including but not limited to the proposed methodology, the experience of the proposed RTA and PL, the experience of the organization in co-operation projects and the MS presentation.
