EU FUNDED PROJECT SUPPORT TO THE DIRECTORATE FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION / JUNIOR SHORT TERM COMMUNICATION STRATEGY EXPERTS

Background

The Human Dynamics International Consortium is seeking for Junior Short Term Experts for cooperation in the above mentioned project. The Project aims to strengthen the operational capacities of the Directorate for Personal Data Protection, having a key role in ensuring of appropriate level of transparency and accountability and protection of fundamental rights of the citizens. The Project timeframe is January 2011 – July 2012. Junior Short Term Experts with the expertise in the following areas are required:

- Development and implementation of Public Survey (the representative sample for the    public survey of the awareness for personal data
  protection must cover up to 1000   respondents with different ethnical background from the entire territory of the  country);
- Development of Communication Strategies

Eligibility

- A university degree in fields related to the contract;
- Good command in English;
- A minimum 4 years’ of general working experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of public relation, marketing public awareness and visibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation of similar assignments.
