Background
The objective of this project is to support employment and social inclusion of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, in particular beneficiaries of social assistance and people with disabilities, in labor market through development and implementation of active employment policies at central and regional level that would improve employability of the abovementioned groups and provide opportunities for entrepreneurship.
Eligibility
Team Leader/Social inclusion-Employment Expert
- University degree in field of social sciences or equivalent professional experience of 10 years in the area relevant to the assignment
- Good command of English
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in managerial positions such as team leader, project leader or equivalent
- Minimum 5 experiences in social inclusion projects/programmes
- Experience in the development and implementation of active employment policies aiming at improving the employability of vulnerable
groups and aiming at enhancing opportunities for entrepreneurship
- Evaluation of active employment measures including managing grant scheme
- Experience in preparation, management, implementation, monitoring, coordination of grant schemes
- Experience in GAP Analysis/ Labour market needs analysis will be an asset
Grant Management Expert
- University degree in field of social science, or equivalent professional experience of minimum 10 years in the area relevant to the
assignment
- Good command of English
- Fluent in written and spoken in Turkish will be an asset
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the field of social inclusion
- Minimum 4 years of experience in grant schemes in which the EU rules and procedures were applied
- Experience in monitoring grant scheme project
