Eligibility
- A minimum of five years experience in the implementation of EU legislation in the field of energy efficiency, through projects, programmes
and measures;
- Proven experience in preparing energy efficiency action plans;
- At least two years of experience in implementing international cooperation/technical assistance assignments in the IPA beneficiary
countries;
- A minimum of one Team Leader assignment for a EU funded technical assistance project in the energy sector;
- Work experience in an energy agency or institution responsible for implementing energy efficiency programs, projects and programmes in
the public sector is considered an advantage
- A minimum of ten years of professional experience gained in the energy sector;
- At least (5) five years of project management experience and team management implementing projects in energy efficiency;
- University Degree (preferably post graduate) in Energy, Engineering, Economics or other relevant discipline
- Fluent command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent organisational, communication, analytical and document drafting skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
The Team Leader will be responsible for successful implementation of this project.
