EUROPE AID/134435/L/ACT/RS EXCHANGE 4 GRANT SCHEME

 Background

The Exchange 4 programme is an inseparable part of the ongoing process of the EU (and other donor) efforts focusing on improving municipal management and service delivery by municipalities, aimed at fostering local development, together with strenghthening the SCTM to provide services, information  and tools to assist the municipalities in these efforts. Therefore, the new phase of Exchange 4 aims to close the gap between bottom-up and top-down policy strategic development nd to better position the results of Exchange at the national government level.The programme will enhance administrative capacities and service provision effectivness by LSG units in Serbia in line with with principles of Public Administration Reform strategy, specific national, regional, and local policies and EU practices.


Eligibility

- be a legal person and
- be non-profit making (with n exemption of the Agricultural cooperatives eligible as co-applicants)
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
- be a local authority: municipality, town/city or city municipality in the Republic of Serbia
- be a local authority: municipality, town/city or city municipality located in Pcinja and Jablanica districts
