TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - IMPG

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Cooperates with designers, reviews the blueprints and corrects flaws in design
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
- Manages project budget.
- Communicates with suppliers, makes market research and negotiate prices
- Communicates with subcontractors on site and controls their work
- Problem solving



Required skills and experience

- Civil Engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of previous work experience on similar projects
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Drivers license B category (active driver)
