EDBURGH CONSULTANTS/ SENIOR EXPERT ON SHIPBUILDING

Description

Global objective is to ensure transparent and non-biased EU tendering procedures in the Republic of Croatia. Specific objective is to technically assess whether all five lots under the IPA 2010 Supply project for the equipment of the Integrated Border Management are drafted and evaluated in transparent and non biased manner.

Eligibility

- Education at least Masters Degree Academic level in Shipbuilding, Ship engineering and/or Naval Architecture or, in its absence, at least 15
  years equivalent professional experience in Shipbuilding, Ship engineering and/or Naval Architecture.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the Shipbuilding, Ship engineering and/or Naval Architecture.
- At least three years of the working experience with patrol vessels for the national defence and security sectors.
- Working experience in the public procurement and/or familiarity with the Practical Guide to Contract procedures for the EU external action
  service will be assessed as a technical advantage.
- English (Absolutely required)
- Croatian as advantage
