Contract description

- To support governmental institutions at central and local level towards the quality improvement of social service delivery in Kosovo and the
  effective decentralisation of social services in Kosovo towards those persons of Kosovo most in need. 
- To strengthen the implementation mechanisms at central level to meet the objectives for:
    - social service delivery
    - social services standards and
    - monitoring and evaluation of social service provision
   in Kosovo as determined in the MLSW Sectoral Strategy 'Sectoral Strategy 2009 –
   2013' & objectives and mechanisms as presented in MLSW 'Sectoral Strategy Action Plan 2011-2013';
- To build capacity and resources at municipal and local level and support the development and implementation of local strategies and action
  plans for social service provision at local level.


Budget

Maximum budget: EUR 2.000.000


Eligibility

Participation is open  to all  legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory  of the regions covered and/or authorised by the  specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
