Background

Preparation of the technical specification for Mobile Position Controls (MPCs) vehicles supplied with the specific devices for Albanian Customs Administration (Anti Contrabend Directorate)


Eligibility

- University Degree preferably in engineering.
- Excellent Communication and Report Drafting skills
- Fluency in English
- Computer literacy
- 10 years of professional experience in Customs/Law Enforcement
- Knowledge of Customs legislation
- Experience in EU procurement and drafting of the technical specifications (Supply) in accordance with EU PRAG Rules is an advantage
- In depth knowledge of Customs legislation relevant to the customs controls and anti smuggling
- Knowledge of the management od EU projects would be an advantage|
- Experience in customs controls would be an advantage.
