The overall objective of the project is to increase the adaptability of employees and employers in an environment friendly manner to adjust to changes in economic circumstances and globalization by investing more in human capital for the sake of sustainable economic and social growth.
Expert in Performing Management Activities
Eligibility
- University degree in one of the fields of administrative sciences, economics, tourism, education, social sciences or in the absence of such a
degree, at least 10 years of working experience in one of the fields: tourism, business management, public administration
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Full computer literacy
- At least 5 years of general professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as team leader in institution building/capacity development projects funded by European Social Fund or
Pre-Accession Funds
- Experience in at least one but preferably in three EU funded projects related with training and guidance of employees and/or employers
Job description
- To coordinate the overall management and implementation of the project
- To be the main contact person for all communication with the relevant institutions/actors including the Beneficiary, Contracting Authority
and Operating Structure
- To transmit the reports to the relevant authorities
- Responsible for managing of the TA team members and allocation of duties among experts for the efficiency and success of the project
- To prepare work plans and implementation schedules for the implementation of the project
- To ensure timely submission of all project outputs and reports as required
- To ensure timely monitoring of realization of indicators
Expert in Performing Voucher Programme
Eligibility
- University degree in one of the fields administrative sciences, tourism, economics, finance, education, social sciences or in the absence of
such a degree at least 10 years of working experience in one of the fields: tourism, business management, public administration and training
- Post graduate degree in educational sciences will be an asset
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Full computer literacy
- Preferably 7 years of professional experience but a minimum of 5 years required
- Having involved in at least one international donor funded project, preferably in EU funded projects, in a key expert position
- Experience in the planning/development/implementation/monitoring of at least 1 voucher programme
- Experience on implementation of training and guidance of employees and/or employers
- Experience in the field of procurement in EU funded projects will be an asset
Job description
- To be responsible for all phases of the Voucher Programme including planning, development, implementation and monitoring of the Voucher
Programme
- To coordinate the selection process of the voucher beneficiaries, setting up a pool for training institutions and ensure that the training
requests of beneficiaries are met by the training institutions with the required standards
- To coordinate the selection process of the training institutions that will provide trainings within the scope of the Voucher Programme
- To monitor the performance of the training institutions and facilitate the payments to them
- To ensure close cooperation with the Operation Beneficiary and the Contracting Authority during selection, monitoring and approval
processes
- To undertake other tasks that will be assigned by the Team Leader who is responsible for the
performing managernent activities
Expert in Performing Training and Capacity Building Activities
Eligibility
- University degree in one of the fields of tourism, education, administrative sciences, social sciences or equivalent or in the absence of such a
degree, at least 10 years of working experience in one of the fields: tourism, business management, public administration, training
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Full computer literacy
- At least 5 years of training experience including design and implementation of trainings, including training of trainers
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of trainings in international donor funded projects, preferably in EU funded projects
- Experience in at least one institution building / capacity development projects involving
employees and/or employers
Job description
- Responsible for the design, planning and implementation of all activities regarding training
- Responsible for development and preparation of the training curricula and materials for the ToT trainings
- To guide MoCT during the selection of training topics, assessment of the quality of training curricula and training materials offered by
training institutions under VP
- To ensure close cooperation with the beneficiary and all relevant stakeholders regarding training activities
- To guide and ensure coordination among and the training experts at local level regarding planning and delivering of the trainings
- To coordinate the organisation of study visits
- To undertake other tasks that will be assigned by the Team Leader who is responsible for the performing management activities
Expert in Performing Sector Level Activities
Eligibility
- University degree in one of the fields of tourism, administrative sciences, social sciences, education or in the absence of such a degree at
least 10 years of working experience in one of the fields: tourism, business management, public administration and training
- At least 5 years of tourism sector experience involving training of employees and/or employers
- Having been involved at least one international donor funded project in tourism sector
- Experience in Turkish Tourism Sector
- Experience on environment friendly tourism related activities
- Ability to interpret statistics and make statistical analysis with the data collected through Labour Force Analysis will be an asset
Job description
- Responsible for coordination of labour force analysis and contribute to the development of Labour Force Analysis Report
- To contribute to the development of the training curricula for the Voucher Programme as well as ToT programme
- To ensure networking among all relevant stakeholders including employees and employers
- To coordinate the activities regarding Green Star Certificate and Centre of Best Practices (CoBP)
- Responsible for provision of technical support and training for the selected enterprises as CoBP
- To ensure close cooperation with the beneficiary and all relevant stakeholders both at local and national level
- To undertake other tasks that will be assigned by the Team Leader who is responsible from performing management activities
