Project Description
The overall objective of the Civil Society Facility (CSF) is 'to contribute to anchoring democratic values and structures, human rights, social inclusion and the rule of law, thereby supporting the EU integration process.' The CSF purpose is to achieve: 'a more dynamic civil society actively participating in public debate on democracy, human rights, social inclusion and the rule of law and with capacity to influence policy and decision making processes.'
The general objective of this project is therefore to strengthen the overall capacity and accountability of CSOs within IPA beneficiaries and to guarantee the quality of services of CSOs and a sustainable role of CSOs in the democratic process.
Key Expert 1 - Team Leader
Duration of the assignment: min 880 work days over 48 months
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (i.c. 8 years of professional experience following secondary education, or 3 years of professional experience
following a BA degree)
- At least 10 years of working experience, out of which at least 5 years of professional experience in an international setting
- At least five years of working experience with Civil Society
- At least five years’ experience in working with trainers and/or experts and training/capacity building activities at similar scale of this
present contract
- At least five years of experience in managing a team composed of trainers/experts; supervising and coordinating all technical aspects of a
contract; ensuring good client communication; organising and overseeing administrative and logistical support
Key Expert 2 - Capacity Building Expert
Duration of the assignment: min 500 work days over 48 months
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (i.c. 8 years of professional experience following secondary education, or 3 years of professional experience
following a BA degree)
- At least 10 years of working experience, out of which at least 5 years of professional experience in an international setting
- At least five years of working experience with Civil Society
- At least five years’ experience in developing and implementing capacity building activities at similar scale of this present contract
Key Expert 3 - P2P Manager
Duration of the assignment: min 880 work days over 48 months
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (i.c. 8 years of professional experience following secondary education, or 3 years of professional experience
following a BA degree)
- At least ten years of working experience
- At least two years’ experience in organising events, involving participants from different countries or backgrounds
Key Expert 4 - Communication Expert
Duration of the assignment: min 400 work days over 48 months
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (i.c. 8 years of professional experience following secondary education, or 3 years of professional experience
following a BA degree)
- At least ten years of work experience out of which five obtained in an international setting
- At least five years’ experience in public relations, communication, spokesperson services or similar
