Qualifications and skills

- A Bachelors Degree in Management, Social Science, Economics, Political Science or other similar discipline or 8 years of relevant
  professional experience (in addition to the minimum numer of years of general professional experience required below)
- A Masters in ManagementSocial Science, (social welfare, vulnerability program etc), Economics, Political Science or other relevant
  discipline is an advantage.

 
General professional experience

- At least 10 years professional experience in Management, Social Development, Economy and Finance, or other similar discipline.


Specific professional experience

- Experience as a Team Leader in at least 1 project of similar complexity (with reference to public employment supporting schemes)
- Experience in at least 2 projects providing assistance to national authorities responsible for employment/active labour market measures.
