Project Description
The overall objective of the project is to provide assistance to the EUD and the beneficiary institution in implementation and monitoring of project activities aiming at finding adequate living conditions and integration of forced migrants who choose to stay in Serbia while supporting the sustainable return of those wishing to return to Kosovo.
The specific objectives of this project are:
- to support the closure of all remaining collective centres and improvement of the living conditions of an additional 450 refugees, internally
displaced persons (IDPs) and returnees under the Readmission Agreement;
- to support sustainable return of IDPs to Kosovo
Duration of the assignment
Minimum 300 work days over 24 months
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
institution) in law, procurement, engineering, political sciences or other relevant discipline
- Specialised professional training in procurement and lor monitoring certification would be an asset
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in report drafting
- Excellent team working abilities
- Minimum 8, preferably 12 years, of relevant postgraduate professional experience in procurement and/or grant scheme management
- Experience in leading teams gained in the public or private sector or in donor funded projects in at least 1 preferably 3 projects of similar
size, complexity and duration;
- Specific experience in grant scheme management gained in at least two projects, preferably 3, implemented under EC procurement
procedures
- Experience in at least two projects, preferably 3 related to the monitoring of grant schemes
