HUMAN DYNAMICS - PREPARATION OF THE SECOND ENERGY EFFICIENCY ACTION PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY INDICATORS/ TEAM LEADER, ENERGY EFFICIENCY EXPERT

Project Description

The purpose of the project is to assist the Serbian Ministry of Energy, Development and Environmental Protection in successful implementation of EU Treaty requirements with the main goal to support sustainable development by creating an action plan and building capacities to advance energy saving and energy efficiency measures that will contribute to reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
The project team should analyse existing data, conduct a survey on energy consumption in residential, commercial and public services, agriculture, transport and industry sector, propose energy saving targets, select policy instruments, develop national energy efficiency action plan and propose the list of priority projects in the field of energy efficiency.

Key Expert 1 - Team Leader/Energy Efficiency Expert

Requirements

- A bachelors degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
  institution) in technical or natural sciences or economy
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in report drafting
- Excellent team working abilities
- Minimum ten years but preferably fifteen years of post graduate experience gained in power sector or energy efficiency sector or consulting
  in energy or energy efficiency sector
- Proven experience in leading team(s) in the public or private sector and/or donor funded project in at least one but preferably two
  completed projects in the field of energy or energy efficiency with the minimum value of one million Euros
- Proven  experience  in  at  least  three  completed  projects  where  survey  on  energy consumption was performed


Key Expert 2 - Energy Efficiency Expert

Requirements

- A bachelors degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
  institution) in technical or natural sciences or economy
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in report drafting
- Excellent team working abilities
- Minimum ten years but preferably fifteen years of post graduate experience gained in the relevant field (energy efficiency sector or
  consulting in energy or energy efficiency sector)
- Proven experience as an energy efficiency expert in at least three completed projects
- Proven experience in at least one completed project where implementation of EU Directive 2006/32/EC was required
