DEMANO/ HEALTH & SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGER

Eligibility

- University degree required;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the area of Safety at work;
- Fluency in written and spoken English language;
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel & Power Point);
- Driving license B category;
- Certificate/ Licences for Safety.

Responsibilities

- Develops and implements Health & Safety strategy to achieve corporate goals;
- Develops and implements the Health & Safety business and action plan in alignment with the corporate strategic direction and objectives;
- Ensures the development and implementation of all necessary Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure the function efficient and
  effective operation toward achieving high productivity and continuous improvement;
- Develops and maintains effective working relationship with company peers to create and implement new work processes and improve the
  efficiency, effectivness and quality of them;
- Undertakes studies of operations and processes to ensure that these comply with the best environmental standards;
- Assist in the development of a strategy to ensure that the company complies with the best environmental standards and relevant legislation;
- Maintains a relationship with the appropriate regualatory bodies to ensure that the company complies  with all relevant standards and
  legislation;
- Provide support and advice to other departments in the company to ensure that they are aware of their obligations in complying with
  environmental standard.
