Background                                                                                                            Maximum budget: 5.000.000 EUR

The service contract will support greater coordination and cooperation among the beneficiaries, EC, IFIs and bilateral donors in key socio-economic sectors in the Western Balkans – Transport, Energy, Environment, Social Sector and Private Sector Development – with a particular focus on the Western Balkan Investment Framework. A range of services will be provided in the following fields: 1) research and analysis, 2) production of policy and strategy discussion papers, 3) management and development of information systems and databases, 4) information exchange, communication and visibility activities including website development and maintenance and 5) various capacity building activities including seminars, workshops and manuals.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping – consortium – of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
