Contract description                                                                       Maximum budget: 200 000 EUR

The consultant/supervising engineer shall act as FIDIC engineer and shall factually and administratively supervise the construction works and shall provide necessary services during the pre-construction phase (1 month), the construction phase (15 months), the defect notification period (12 months) and the reporting phase (3 months). The works consist of the following activities: building a new accommodation building designed for juvenile migrants on the terrain of the Reception Centre for Aliens in Ježevo (30 km south-east of Zagreb).
The building consists of basement, ground floor and 1st floor amounting to a total gross surface of 1 398,47 m2. In addition, the kitchen and laundry building, an annex to an existing building, shall be renovated and equipped with new appliances; its load-bearing structure shall be preserved. The duration of the assignment is 31 months.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed . Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum badget: 200 000 EUR.
