Contract description
The purpose of this project is to provide relevant findings, conclusions and recommendations, in relation to the achievement of a specific objective for each measure, on the performance of IPA HRD OP assistance. As an integral part of the review of all previous EU assistance under IPA component IV in Croatia, all measures and their constituent operations under this operational programme will be assessed under evaluation of previous IPA HRD OP assistance (except priority IV — technical assistance). The operation will address 3 sectors covered by the OP: employment, education and social inclusion. This will eventually enhance the absorption capacity of Croatia in the long run regarding the use of the European Social Fund (ESF) by ensuring that the relevant institutions prepare more qualitative, well-designed and targeted measures and operations.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
Budget
Maximum budget: 560 000 EUR.
