Contract description
The purpose of this contract is supply, delivery, unloading, installation, testing, putting into operation, training and warranty services of equipment for rehabilitation and upgrading of the railway station Skopje in line with the requirements addressed in the assessment and as prescribed in the technical specification. This contract is closely related to the works contract on the railway station Skopje. The 2 contracts (works and supply) will be implemented simultaneously. The contract is divided into 2 lots:
- Lot No 1: integrated ticketing system.
- Lot No 2: public address system, CCTV — closed-circuit television, passenger information system, management building system and control access system.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
