EUROPEAID/132396/C/WKS/XK: IPA - CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE - PHASE VII

Contract Description

The contract foresees the improvement of municipal social and economic infrastructure in different municipalities throughout Kosovo through construction of new buildings or rehabilitation of existing buildings for 17 municipal schemes. The selected municipal schemes comprise 1 kindergarten, 11 schools (primary and secondary), 2 public administration buildings and 3 social facilities (cultural and sport facilities).The works contractor is required to apply the principles of 'Design and build' works contract(s) according to the latest edition of the 'Practical guide to contract procedures for EU external actions (PRAG).

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All works, supplies and services under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Budget

- 50 000 EUR for lot 1,
- 50 000 EUR for lot 2,
- 45 000 EUR for lot 3.
