SIPU INTERNATIONAL/ PROGRAMME MANAGER-TEAM-LEADER

Background

This full-time position will last for three years and will be responsible for overall coordination and management of the activities to achieve the expected results, communication and cooperation with external national actors like the Albanian police and coordination with other international assistance Programmes and actors. The person in this position will be responsible for initiating the baseline activities for different components, mobilising other external expertise for the programme, for developing the monitoring system, overall reporting and budget execution and overall personnel management.

Eligibility

- Academic or other vocational education related to justice or security
- Fluent in Albanian, Very good command of English
- Thorough knowledge of the Albanian society and the relevant actors within community policing; General managerial skills and preferably
  also experience working with Police and experience from developing Monitoring-systems.
