Description
For its current EC funded project "Strengthening the Administrative Capacity of the Energy Department in the Ministry of Economy and the Energy Agency" ATC Consultants GmbH is seeking to employ an Office Manager based in Skopje
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the Skopje office, including being responsible for logistical and financial issues
- Coordinate activities with the HQ in Vienna and provide financial reports on a regular basis
- Maintain actual financial data on ATC's project management information system
- Support the team of long-term and short-term experts in their daily duties: manage correspondence, filing, meetings, trainings etc.
- Maintain sufficient supplies and stationary in the office
- Communicate with the internet provider and the external IT company
- Occasionally assist with translation/interpreting tasks
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Public Administration, European Studies or related subject
- At least 5 years office administration experience in international environment, including the above tasks
- Experience as Office Manager of a EU-funded project is an asset
- Fluency in both the English and the Macedonian language. Knowledge of Albanian language will be considered a strong asset
- Excellent command of office software Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent bookkeeping, reporting and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to multitask
- High level of initiative and motivation
- Proven team player
