Requirements

  - University education in international studies, public policy, political science or law or related fields
  - Diplomatic experience or experience working in political affairs with international organizations or governments
  - Experience in preparing analytical reports
  - Professional fluency in the written and spoken English language

Responsibilities

  - Supports the Project Co-ordination Officer in ensuring that project and programme documents are clearly and effectively drafted, and
    consistent with stakeholder policies and priorities
  - Cultivates and maintains a network of working-level relationships with representatives of bilateral embassies and international
    organizations in Albania, with a particular focus on OSCE participating States or partners. Seeks similar contacts in Vienna and with key
    international partners
  - Builds and maintains an awareness of trends, developments and priorities in the policies of relevant states and organizations (and in
    relevant academic/public policy debate), with a focus on their impact on the activities and interests of the OSCE Presence in Albania
