OSCE PRESENCE IN ALBANIA/ SENIOR GOVERNANCE ADVISER (VACANCY NUMBER: VNALBS00248)

Requirements

  - University education in political sciences, social sciences, international relations, public policy, law or equivalent professional experience
  - Work experience in either public administration, relevant international organizations, civic associations (including NGOs), political
    parties/affairs, or economic and political development
  - Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
  - Professional fluency in the English language, with analytical and research experience and excellent drafting and reporting skills

Responsibilities

  - Monitors, analyses and advises on governance issues in Albania, and develops activities to improve the situation
  - Supports the Head of Department in co-ordinating and managing GEEID staff
  - Ensures the quality of the Department's written output
  - Drafts project proposals and monitors the implementation of the related projects, working closely with implementing partners and
    beneficiaries
  - Liaises and cooperates with the other departments of the presence in the design and the implementation of new cross-cutting
    activities/projects
