European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender ”Evaluation of Provided Financial Support for Reforms in the Lifelong Learning and in particular Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education and Recommendations for Future Assistance

Global objective

The global objective of this assignment is to support the process of efficient programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Operational Programme for Human Resource Development


Requirements

 
   - At least Master degree academic level  in the field of social sciences, or Bachelor degree in social sciences with general professional experience of two years above the minimum general professional experience requested below.
   - At least ten years of experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation of donor funded programmes.
   - Experience in conducting at least three evaluations of Operational Programmes in the field of Education and Training or Human Resources Development, co-financed by the European Social Fund or pre-accession assistance
   - Experience in the field of VET, LLL and AE
