Objectives

The overall objective of the project is to enhance the competitiveness of Serbian economy through the strengthening of private sector and its performance.

The project specific objective is to increase the productivity and competitiveness of Serbian SMEs, their internationalisation and capacity to innovate, by creating a more favourable environment, promotion of e-business in order to strengthen the efficiency, quality and accessibility of products and services as well as cutting costs and administrative procedures.


Requirements

  - A bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Information technology or Law or other relevant discipline. A Master/PhD in Economics, Management, Information technology, Law or other relevant discipline (following the award of the degree) is an advantage
  - A proven knowledge of project cycle management or similar is an advantage
  - Proficiency in English
  - Excellent communication and analytical skills
  - Proficiency in report drafting
  - Excellent team working abilities
  - Minimum 8 years, preferably 10 years, of relevant post-graduate professional experience in the field of e-commerce gained in the last 15 years
  - Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years of post-graduate professional experience in improving of legal and regulatory framework in the field of trade or commerce gained in EU member state
