KEY EXPERT 2: DATA PROTECTION EXPERT

Description

The Expert shall be responsible for supporting the project implementation in achieving all project activities. In the absence of the Team Leader, the expert shall also be in charge of contacts and communication with the Contracting Authority and for communication and negotiation with all key stakeholders. In particular, s/he will provide substantive and comprehensive support on the legal aspects.


Requirements

   - A bachelor's degree in the fields of law, data protection, public administration, economics or 6 years of relevant professional experience. 
   - Master and/or PhD in any of the above fields will be an advantage.
   - Minimum 8, preferably 12 years of relevant professional experience in law, data protection, public administration, economics
   - Specific experience in at least 2 preferably 5 projects covering EU data protection law or/and harmonisation of national law
   - Specific experience in at least 1 preferably 3 projects covering legal and policy related activities in the field of data protection
