TEAM LEADER : EXPERT IN PROGRAMME EVALUATION

Description

Senior Expert 1 shall be responsible for design, organisation and implementation of all the activities envisaged under this assignment, i.e. preparatory work, mapping, evaluation, provision of recommendations, organisation of a consultation event. As a Team Leader, he/she shall be in charge and contact person for all logistical arrangements including employment of support staff. He/she will take the lead in action planning: ensure timely and professional delivery of reports and project` outputs and all the related translations. Considering that 3 experts are involved, he/she will ensure that all documents are drafted jointly and submitted as coherent documents in a timely and well-coordinated manner to the beneficiary institution.


Requirements

  - At least Master degree academic level in the field of social sciences, or Bachelor degree in social sciences with general professional experience of two years above the minimum general professional experience requested below
  - At least ten years of experience inthe field of monitoring and evaluation of donor funded programmes
  - Experience in conducting at least three evaluations of Operational Programmes in the field of Education and Training or Human Resources Development, co-financed by the European Social Fund or pre-accession assistance;
  - Experience in the field of LLL, in particular VET and AE
