TEAM LEADER/SENIOR EXPERT IN LAW AND DATA PROTECTION

Description

European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender ”Support to Kosovo Institutions in the field of Protection of Personal Data”
The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to support Kosovo authorities to strengthen the rule of law sector in Kosovo.


Requirements

  - A bachelor's degree  in the fields of law, data protection, public administration, economics or 6 years of relevant professional experience. A Master and/or PhD in any of the above fields will be an advantage.
  - Minimum 8, preferably 12 years of relevant professional experience in law, data protection, public administration, economics
  - Experience in leading teams gained in the public or private sector or in donor funded projects in at least 1 preferably 3 projects in the area of protection of personal data
  - Specific experience in at least 2 preferably 5 projects dealing with protection of personal data within a mandated body;
