Description

European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender ”Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in Albania

The overall objective is to contribute to EU integration of Albania by the full alignment with and transposition of the Transport Acquis in Albania

Expert profile

  - Education in maritime transport field or associated areas
  - Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  - Preferably 15 years experience, but as minimum 10 years of professional experience in the maritime transport sector
  - Preferably 10 years experience, but as minimum 7 years of experience in training or capacity building in safety aspects of maritime
transport
  - At least 1 experience in capacity building or training in safety or security aspects of maritime transport in the last 10 years
