European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender ”Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in Albania
The overall objective is to contribute to EU integration of Albania by the full alignment with and transposition of the Transport Acquis in Albania.
Expert profile
- Education in Rail transport field or associated areas
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Preferably 15 years experience, but as minimum 10 years of professional experience in the rail transport sector
- Preferably 10 years experience, but as minimum 7 years of experience in training or capacity building in rail transport sector
- At least 1 experience with implementation of a project related to the safety or security in rail transport sector
