European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender ”Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in Albania
The overall objective is to contribute to EU integration of Albania by the full alignment with and transposition of the Transport Acquis in Albania
Requirements
- Education in transport field or associated areas.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Preferably 15 years experience, but as minimum 10 years of professional experience in the road transport sector;
- At least 1 experience in preparing laws or bylaws in road transport sector;
- At least 1 experience in capacity building or training in safety or security aspects of road transport sector in the last 10 years;
