European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender ”Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in Albania

The overall objective is to contribute to EU integration of Albania by the full alignment with and transposition of the Transport Acquis in Albania


Requirements

  - Education in transport field or associated areas.
  - Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  - Preferably 15 years experience, but as minimum 10 years of professional experience in the transport sector;
  - Preferably 10 years but as minimum 7 years experience in preparation or implementation of transport policy in EU countries
  - At least one experience in preparation of guidelines and manuals of procedures for transport policy-making or transport legislation during the last 10 years
